According to the regulations of "Company Law" of China, Suzhou Special Chemicals Co., Ltd. is a "Hi-tech enterprise" recognized from former Suzhou special oil product factory and Suzhou resin factory in October, 2000. We have the certificate of import and export business.

In 2003, our company was removed integrally to Dongsha chemical industrial park in Leyu town, Zhangjiagang city, which is a new booming port city of China ands only takes one hour by car to Shanghai-Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou economic circle.

Our new factory covers an area of 160mu and has a total investment of RMB 96 million. We enjoy good arrangement and surrounding. Our comprehensive oils equipment is the biggest oil product blending base in the east of China. Our special resin products now are widely used in the new fields of electronic industry, paint, ink and building anticorrosion industry. Meanwhile, our "Jinguang" special oils, petroleum additives and "Kailing" resin enjoy good business reputation in this trade.
